Just got a Mossberg 100ATR 30-06,scope and ammo.Hope it shoots good.
We like pictures.
Hope you don't plan on "squirrelhunt" with it.
With a little work, it could look like this;

Thats a good lokin gun! I've had a mossberg bolt action .270 for lemme see, 20+ years and still have yet to shot a gun any more accurate! Let us know how it shoots.
I got it sighted in,shot 2 2 shot groups at 100 yards.1st was 5/8", 2nd was 1" groups using factory Remington 150g Core-Lokts. I think the 2nd group was bigger because of my error. That's the only ammo I've tried in it so far. I'm happy with it .
Nice setup. I have found Federal Power Shocks (blue box) to be great cheap factory loads. They use Speer bullets and are very consistent.
I've found that 130 grain is better for me for deer hunting. With 150 grain I almost always blew both shoulders to pieces!
That rifle will shoot as good as you. you do your part it`ll drive nails
