Okay, so I pulled my Marlins, wiped them down and checked the proof marks. I saw what appears to be a "JM" on all the barrels and no "REM". Does that mean that my meager collection is "Remlin" free? It really doesn't matter to me as they are all beautiful guns but as the wounded man on the concrete said to Inspector Harry Callahan, "I got sta' know?"

Sorry SW01. My first thought was that he sold the only Remlin that he owned.
Isn't our American English just great. Say one thing and mean something totally different. Know what I mean???

It might be the cold medicine but now I'm confused...sorry I asked. Time to hijack my own thread - I saw a big fish hanging on the wall over a fireplace at restaurant down at the beach. It had a long bill and large dorsal fin. Does that sound like a Marlin?
