My 94CS Remlin works pretty good too. I can live with the slight stock fit issues. I'm very happy with it so far.
One thing I think should be kept in mind. Any buy out, and subsequent reorganization is going to create problems. The fact they shut down production to correct problems is a good thing. Remington knows how to make good guns. They'll iron out the issues and life will go on. We will never see a return to the days of the affordable hand fit guns. CNC is the present and when done right it works very well for a decent price.
