I found a good site for finding ammo and prices. Ammoseek.com shows who has what and who has best prices to boot.
I just bought 3000 of various caliber rounds at prices below or equal to what I paid, even with freight, before all this shortage started. These I just bought are reloads but all reports were good on them. I have not had a bad one out of two calibers I have shot so far.
1000 rnd 9mm, 1000 rnd 38sp wc, and 1000 rnd .40 at about $220 each caliber including freight.

I have seen some good prices here too. Never used this site myself, but I have found some interesting resources.

That's a good price even for reloads.
