I have no issue with either of these two actions. Will it do what they propose.....He!! NO. Think about them for a little bit. Are Military grade weapons imported here LEGALLY already..... Do criminals get their guns from corporations or trusts to avoid background checks.... Just something to say "Look what I did, and don't need your stinking approval either". Wont make a .22 rounds worth of difference.....TO ANYBODY.
