Hey Marlin Members,
We (the Lead Heads) had a great Memorial Day. One of us (our Chief Enabler) had recently moved to Ohio.
For Memorial Day, he (and his wonderful Bride) had a great cook-out!
(sorry, no pics) This was on Saturday.
Sunday, we went to the Ashland Lake Club (west of Akron) for their BOWLING PIN SHOOT!
Real Pins! Real Guns! "Power Factor" ........... either the Pins go "off" the table, or you need "MORE"!
Ashland had two "set ups". (both based on "5 Pin" and Steel Tables)
For .22/.38/9mm, the Pins were set up at the "rear" edge of the tables.
For .45 (or "Major") three pins on the bottom, and two on the top shelf, three feet in front of the "rear edge".
Price was CHEAP! Three tables/three bucks.
Scoring was simple. Only the two "quick" times "count"!
Later, Mark
