Does anyone have any info on the Bushnell Banner 3-9x40 reticle markings? Firing from a Model 60 .22 .

Seems as though there are yardage indication markings on the bottom half of the elevation axis.

But i can find any info as to what distances the markings indicate, or if they are just used to gauge distance.
