I LIKE the simplicity. How does it hold up to impacts with big bore pistols or centerfire rifles? Any tip overs when the bullet strikes? Simplier than one I built with a frame. Ended up shooting the dickens out of the frame (kinda narrow) and rebuilt it once...then burn pile.

Thanks greyhawk and SW01. Always good to look at things from another's perspective. Plenty of scrap/leftovers from son-in-laws construction jobs. Free panels in all kinds of shape, sizes and thicknesses. Most will be OSB. I'll tell him to start directing bigger pieces be piled aside for such applications.

Oh h243 - Such good work just to be shot to oblivion. Coulda save time and just run a shotshell from about 12yds and saved the time needed to "outline". Glad you've got the young'n sharpening his aim.
