Deer Hunting Boots?

I know that it is far away from deer season, but I want to get a jump on getting some new stuff early.
the boots I had last year where just some old snowmobile boots.
they somewhat kept my feet warm, but they sure sucked at being comfortable for walking long distance.
so with that in mind what is a good pair of boots?
I'm up here in Michigan, where it should be around 30° to minus -10° some days while hunting.

Try Sorel Caribou Boots.
The inner sock is a bitch, to get on the first few times, but are they a ripper boot n the cold

I have a pair that is over 25 years old. I wore out the first pair tearing through multiflora rose hunting rabbits. I also replaced 3 pairs of Carhart insulated bibs. If you want tough and warm, get Sorels. If you are hunting only dry MAYBE some of the 1000 denier nylon boots will work for you. I like the light weight. Lots to choose from. Depends where you are going to hunt.

Here in MO the ground is always wet in the morning during deer season. It is either frost, dew, rain or snow, so I like something water proof and without laces. In the event I have to cross a low water creek I don't want my feet wet when it is 25-32 degrees outside. The most popular boot among the guys I hunt with is the LaCrosse Burly. I've been wearing them for 25 years.
