"Shall Issue" - Here in Maryland, our governor, Martin O'Malley - remember that name folks as he has aspirations to be President, and our state legislature are going to make it even tougher to just buy a handgun come October 1st. As far as shall issue goes, they couldn't fathom the concept. God Bless you folks in Free America!
