Sounds fantastic.

I love steak, but it seems only so many people can produce what I like about it. Rare is best, but having it messed up is the worst.

you got that right!..... a good steak once overdone is just another piece of meat

So now I guess I'll have to avoid this thread!.. Every time I revisit it, I start drooling and thinking about what to have for dinner, even if it's @ 5am!

I can taste that charcoal grilled steak as I type! LOL
