How is your area doing? We've got a nasty stomach flu starting to make the rounds here in Maryland. I was talking to a teacher yesterday and he told me that there were 17 teachers out with it in his school alone. I've had it for two days and it's not fun.

Most of the people I know have already had it.

Doesn't mean it won't come back around though.

With this up and down weather who knows.

Finally feeling better today. My wife's a teacher and she said that her students are generally out for 4 days when they get it.

When I get it I hope to get it Friday so I can suffer through the weekend. It never works out that way. I start getting sick on Sunday and miss half a week typically.

we were very lucky so far this year. the wife and i both got the flu, but we were able to still work through it. i was sick bad for one day and by the third day, it had pretty much run it's course and the wife was sick with it a couple days longer. the first day, me the porcelain throne were up close and personal friends!

Me too, I learned that her name was Kohler (I think she's German) and she didn't appreciate the vile and disgusting things I was doing to her.

mine didn't mind, i prayed to her religiously! hourly! for a day!

I hate working when I'm sick. Usually it's a product of the medicine I'm taking but it makes me daffy.

So if you caught it from this forum, does that mean it's a "virus"? Sorry, bad computer joke. Rest, aspirin, fluids, and really bad TV - the really bad TV seems to work best as the current drek on the tube is enough to make anybody want to get up out of their sick bed.

TV is the worst part of it. Counted focus enough to start anything new.

It was a pretty rotten weekend.
