Found this Caculator online. If you know the appx velocity of the load you are using, take a look at this calculator. It will help you calculate drop and rise at different yardages. It is available viewed on the web, or can be downloaded and used as an onboard program.
I based my velocity on 80 gr Blackhorn 209/.015 spit patch/34" bbl and a Hornady .440 lead round ball, chronographed yesterday, 9/28/15. Average was 1857 fps.
