Awesome Elk !! Yeah, that's around 80-100 pounds per leg then 50 lbs of backstrap, what about the neck ?
you need 3-4 good buddies (with pack-boards) for an Elk, Oh Yeah, + a 100 lb rack, Yeesh !!
that's a lot of work, but totally worth it, IMO !!
