Almost time to head back up the "High Country" in my never ending quest, to "take my rifles for a walk" in the Bush again, and maybe get me some Bambi.
Had to re-Zero the mighty 375 H & H magnum, as Mr Remington gave her a new trigger, in his World Wide Recall !
For once I decided to use a "paper on particle board target" setup, and I cannot show the results, as I blew the target to bits. But I did see it the projectile land right in the Center Bull, as it disintegrated.
Then all I could do was LMAO. Mate that was with me, was amazed at the hitting power of the Rifle..
I then worked on his .270 Weatherby Vangard (actually one of my old rifles) and go it "spot on", but be dammed if I can get my own to shoot like that yet.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr !
Now that is very annoying.
I will never give in to it, and in the next few coming weeks, will try different powder, and Speer Projectiles.
In the mean time, I get lots of practice.
Cheers
Bucky
