Got up at 0615 hours, drove to Walmart, stood in line for 45 minutes with about 25 other folks, cashier's scanner gun didn't work, but finally got 3 boxes of .22 CCI LR. Price was $7.47 per box so I felt better for the effort. Man, what ever happened to the days of cheap and plentiful .22 ammo? Y'all have a great day!

I went by wally world to check on how things were going. At 10:30 they had 30 boxes left with about 6 people in line. My nephew said over half of it was gone from 7-7:15. They had it already in 3 box bags and at the front counter and what was left was on the sporting goods counter. I dont need any as I have almost half a case of the CCI SV. I paid $40 a brick for it so about the same price and where I get it they always have it with no limit.

Ive got a brick of the Standard Velocity, lead round nose, minus about a box. It shoots OK. As good or better than the US made bulk stuff, Fed, Win, Rem.
I heard it wont cycle 22 semi autos, not enough velocity or something
