I now have 8 Marlin 22 rifles and an 1894C.
Model 56 levermatic - I think 1955, 3-7x Simons scope, my favorite gun I have by a long shot.
Gelnfied 25 (x2) both mid 70's, one with a illuminated 3-7x no name scope and the other with a Williams peep and marbles white bead front. Put Marlin 100 style metal trigger guards on them.
Model 60, 1984 vintage, so 24" barrel, long mag tube, DIP trigger guard, steel magazine follower, Tech Sights.
Model 60SB, 24" barrel, 4x Simmons 22 mag scope, DIP trigger guard and trigger.
Model 70HC, DIP one piece 795 trigger guard, Tech Sights.
Model 99M1, vintage 1969, had the old style two piece feed ramp, so I took the internals from a 1983 Model 60 and put them in the original side plates. Put in a steel magazine follower. It has the original rear sight.
Model 60, technically a 1983 model, so s/n 17xxxxxx receiver and 24" barrel. However, I removed the magazine tube and installed the clip magazine internals form a Model 995 and its walnut stock. So I have a bottom fed Model 60. I put Williams fiber optic sights on it and need to order a DIP trigger guard. Just not sure if I will inlet the stock for the 795 style one piece or use a 60 style with the magazine opening plate. The stock is cleaned, lightly sanded and has a coat of walnut stain to even things out. Next step is a Tung oil finish.
Lastly, the pristine 1894C (.357 Magnum) s/n 21xxxxxx, so no cross bolt safety. I put a Skinner peep on the top.
On the acquisition list is a vintage 336 in .30-30 and I won't pass up any more 22's
Once the modified 60's stock is done, I will post a group picture.
