ICD or Pacemaker

Does anyone here have or know of anyone that has a ICD(defibrillator)?

If so, is it ok to shoulder a rifle with one of these devices?

I don't know anyone who has one. If I had one though, I believe I would ask a doctor's advice before I fired off a round through a kicker.
