Not sure if it's "game" here or not.... being it wasn't shot LOL, but caught a couple catfish and oven cooked then with asparagus in my trusty cast iron pan. oh so tasty.

Had the last of the Blacktail backstrap yesterday, have a couple pounds of chili meat left, and that's it !

If you harvested it, it's game in my book. Look kinda silly shootin fish with a 45/70. lol BIG SPLASH!!!!!!!!
Sounds good. I'm going to try that with some Crappie fillets.
