Anyone else a parent?

I have a four year old and one on the way due in July.

As I stated in another thread, I'm losing my office, but I'm happy to just as long as the kid gets directly to work.

Oh my...LOL...LOL....I don't think kids get jobs and leave home until they're 30 years old nowadays. Seems every generation takes longer to leave the nest.

Congratulations to you and your wife.

I have a son and a daughter. They are both in their early 40s now. I have 4 granddaughters. Three by my son and one by my daughter.
Let me say, my grand-kids are more fun than my kids ever were, well, kinda. You can spoil them and send them home. )

Congrats to you both, I have one daughter and she just turned 21. Shes out in Indiana doing what kids do..

Mine will be working as soon as she turns 16. I think it was pivotal in instilling a work ethic I still use today.

I see the way Grandparents are and I can wait to be one, but I look forward to it being far down the road.

Just saw the sonogram yesterday, my little one is growing!

They think we are farther along than originally thought. Due date is anywhere from end of June to early July.

congrats austin! i wish i had had the opportunity to have children, but it was never to be. but i do have two sweet and precious nieces from my brother. i enjoy it when they come out to the house and spend time with the wife and i. they have a great time playing with the dogs and nag my brother about getting a pet dog!

Children make you understand and enjoy the meaning of life. My wife and I have 2 aged 32 and 26. Thank God they live just a couple of hours away. No grandkids yet but there is lots of time for them.

My siblings love my Daughter dearly and will call just to talk to her. I have yet to have any nieces of nephews.

Have 2 here...... now there are 25, 19.. Son and daughter...in that order.... Raised them myself since 12 and 6.... Wife run off with multi- millionaire......

I'm sorry to hear that.

I was more or less raised by my Grandparents.

You said it FOUR, mine are just shy of 23 and 20, so most of my gun money is going to college. To you guys with young kids and kids on the way, congratulations, and remember to spend as much time with them as possible because you'll never get that time back!

Congrats Austin!! Enjoy them while they are young, my wife and I each have a 31 year old son and I long for the days they were growing up!! CONGRATS!! DAD!
