    The Missouri House and Senate passed a like bill lately but was vetoed by our Dem Gov. The override never came to pass....:(

    I'm waiting for a Challenge by the Feds on a case involving one of the states with this law on the books. I haven't seen where anyone has pushed the issue besides on paper.

    As much as any other gun from any other state, but as I read it they are then subject to Fed. and State law and reg. that said gun is in residence.
    Also read the posts on CCW as Alaska is "Constitutional carry with special provisions for reciprocal CCW permits.
