Lee REAL conicals
I molded up a batch of the lee REAL (rifling engaged apon loading) 380 conicals for the 54 and tried them out today. The conicals are beautiful and don`t load for poop. They got stuck in the muzzle and wouldn`t budge. Luckily the range shack had a hammer so I could pound it in to seat. Stupid me thought I`d try it again and hammer time once more...I did however bring some patches and .530 balls so the range session was salvaged...I`ll stick to PRBs and looking for a round ball mold.
P.S. Yes I lubed the conicals...
