After Shooting, Field Dressing and transporting your Deer home.......NOW WHAT ?

Good advice, SW01. I hang my deer 10 days when I can. I always skin mine and I wipe excess blood from the body cavity and let it dry before it gets the bag. Aged meat is always more tender and tasty. I also have learned the hard way that home butchered deer always weigh more than professionally butchered deer.
