Hello out there! I have a Marlin 336 XLR in 35 Remington serial number 9321XXXXX that is in excellent condition. I aquired this gun through a private sale years ago and wanted to know a little more about it. It does have JM stamped on the barrel and the only thing I could find was the gun was produced between 2007 and 2011 and supposedly the gun is more rare. I bought it with a scope already mounted and I wanted to know the approximate value of gun as I may decide to sell or trade it in the near future. I saw on on gunbroker for 1700 with the JM stamp in 35, but don't know if mine is similar or not. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. I am not trying to go crazy on price, just want to know what a fair price would be if I decide to sell.
Thanks in advance,
Chuck

Research like you've done is the best way to determine current prices. I'll do some myself.
If you don't mind, how bout going to the introduction thread and let us know about yourself. We also love pictures of Marlins
Ill see what I can find out for ya
