Marlin 99C Scope Mounts

I have a Marlin 99C 22 cal Auto. Anyway when I got it back in the late 70's, it had a scope on it which I still have. It is a Bushnell 3X-7X Custom Scope. I need the mounts . Would anyone have any idea where I could get these.
