Finally got my 1972 Marlin Glenfield model 60 cleaned up, parts replaced, and test tired. It runs like a sewing machine now!:) Here are some pics:

Thanks for the comments, Gents. I always try to keep my firearm collection as close to original as possible unless a firearm is really screwed up. Comes from years of collecting old military surplus riles I guess. Thanks again for the kind comments. I hope to enjoy her for a long time.

Looks great!

I've got 2 Marlin 60's (1983 and 1984) and a Marlin 70 (1994 - but same innards) torn apart right now. New sights should be here mid week, pics to follow.

Gotta get one of those squirrel stock Glenfields though.
