So it fires, the bolt carrier chambers a new round properly, then the trigger feels like it's blocked? Or does the trigger move freely but doesn't feel like it's engaging the sear? Have you taken it apart to be sure no parts are broken or missing? Has it been thoroughly cleaned and lubed? 22LR ammo is dirty and leaves a lot residue behind.
