I recently purchased a model 60 Marlin that every time you fire it you have to click it back on safety and off. It is like having a bolt action rather then a semi auto action? At first I thought it must be a off shoot of the the model 60. But now I'm thinking something is wrong with the safety mechanism. It hasn't jammed on me so that is a good sign. Just have to put it on safety every time before you can fire it again???
