No S/N. The barrel is marked "Marlin Firearms Co. Model 80New poster here but a long time lurker.
I am looking for a mag for a pretty old model 80. Dad bought the rifle from a coworker in about 1962 for my brother and me.
Long story short (kinda) I loaned it to my careless son and he lost both mags. I have tried new and somewhat older mags without success getting one to fit.
Hoping for a remedy. The gun is in very good shape and needs to get back out for squirrels.
Any help will be welcome.

i have one, its a new but it works fine. You can also find on ebay. They fit several models which they list and have an orange follower. Another option is blocking the mag well off with wood and just make it a single shot,
