Bite bum !Bucky,
I found out after my second huntrip for Whitetail deer than the meat always lasts longer when you shoot an adult deer compared to a little teeny tiny baby bambi deer. My first deer was a 200 lb dressed doe. (Dressed, but without makeup.)
Second one was a joke...I got the fever so bad this little button buck looked like a full sized doe...until I got back on the ground and saw it would almost fit in my pocket. The meat from the doe lasted several weeks. The button buck lasted a week. The next several years I got bucks that weighed near or over 200 lbs dressed. The biggest was 234.
So, next time ya want a deer go pop a big one. No more shooting chichuahua sized deer then taking extreme closeup pictures to make them look bigger. Like I would do if I shot little bambette. (ust joking of course...go get the big one ol bud. Good luck.
hehehe
