I need compactness. I will need them while hunting. I won't be clearing fence lines. I will be cutting out access holes in knocked down fences. Will the ones I posted a picture of cut the wire?

I believe they would,but like 4 was trying to say (I think),it'll take some effort with your hands,not an easy cutting,a lot of hand strength and maybe twisting.

Maybe something like this,even though it is a little salty,at least for me.
