Hi, I'm new to the group so don't know if I'm using the right thread for my question.....but here goes anyway. I got this stock in a box of old gun parts and it was marked as a Winchester 92 SN 920502 carbine stock. I was told that it's really a Marlin carbine stock because of the bulls eye insert. If that's the case can anyone ID the model this stock would belong to?
