Hello to all, glad to be a member. Not new to guns, been shooting for about 60 years. I recently bought two Marlins, a Glenfield Marlin 60 (unfired) with scope and a Marlin 99M1(1964 unfired) at an estate auction and thought it best I join a forum dedicated to the Marlin line of guns. I hope to have a long association with the good folks of this forum. Chuck

Welcome aboard Chuck. Glad to have you with us.
Congrats on the model 60 & 99M1. Even better that they are unfired. Although, I hope they don't stay that way very long. I would hope that you put them to good use and enjoy them.

Welcome to the peaceful meele of deep thoughts, personal stories and opinions with most geared toward our pastime with brass, powder and the hard things sticking out the end!

I'm retired USAF, seems a lot of vets here to 'converse' with. Only joined the site about a month ago myself. The folks here have been good natured & gracious.
