More to reloading Berdan prinered brass than removing the primer crimp. Lengthy explaniation.....So here is an article that explains the process:

OH....and not to confuss......Not all crimped primers are Berdan. NATO rounds produced in the US are boxer primed and then crimped. So all you need to do is remove the crimp as usual and ream the pocket with a swagger tool. I know RCBS makes one.
