My son (12) went to Boy Scout Camp this week. I proud to say he earned his rifle merit badge. Making a 5 convective shot group within the size of quarter, with both scope and open sights. also was awarded a marksman patch for grouping his 5 shots in the bullseye. He says he can't wait for next years camp.

Thanks guys. Nothing new in the near future unless more work hours. He has a new Remington 870 20 gauge and inherited a nice Marlin model 89C. But the 22 firing pin keeps breaking. His favorite to shoot is the Marlin 81-dl.

Thanks again. I just started shooting again after 22 yrs . He's come to be a fine shot. Way better than me. He'll collect trap clays and place 10 of them out 50 yards and only take 11 shots to hit them all. ....SPOON...
