I have a 336CS with a micro-groove barrel that was neglected by the previous owner. The barrel is toast. Has anyone used a good gunsmith to rebarrel or reline the barrel to another caliber. I was thinking to change it to 32-40.

  • I don't know about the 32-40but he did a 38-55 for me that's my favorite "lead" gun and a 35/30 wildcat on an orig '93 carbine that's fun to shoot. Both cut-rifled and great shooters
