Looks like gold spray paint instead of brass...

I noticed the odd shade...wondered if was the lighting or ??? I'm not a weapons historian and wouldn't have a clue whether or not they even built any with a brass skin.

The other ones availabe at the same site are regualar blued arms.

I enlarged the photo of the open action on my computer, there aren't any tell tale signs of any finish rub...I dunno?
