Yesterday I ordered the bolt disassembly tool. The Remington 700 bolt can be taken apart without the tool but the tool makes it a lot easier. Bolts dont need cleaned that often. Also if you have to change the spring or firing pin it makes the job a piece of cake.

The tool came yesterday. Works just like it says. No springs, ect. flying around. Goes back together slick. I cleaned off the firing pin and springs with brake cleaner. Flushed out the main body and the firing pin hole and blew out with air. Put a little grease on the threads and back together. Checked the trigger reset on the firing pin (still about 1.2 oz.) Shot about 20 rounds and no issues.
