Mesinge2, very nice looking Smiths! i really like the M66 and the M19 and the M586 is also very sweet looking. i have a soft spot for the M19 and the M66. two of my favorite S & W revolvers. that and the older M686!

The 686 is the next on my list!

Thanks it is an older one i removed the grips and its dated july 1986 i think i did ok for $450 it is a little scuffed up

I found the engraver's info. His name is George Turner from Cleveland, Ms. He is a WW2 vet and still engraving at 91 years of age.

I've only bought 2 pistols in my life....1st was a 57 .41 mag. Not a Mountain, now they call it the 57 Classic. Wish I had never gotten rid of it....but its long gone now. Replaced it with a 28-2 .357 5". Its my carry gun.

I love the model 28. A highway patrolman is another one on my list.
