I`ve been around the world a few times in the military, but you haven`t traveled until you`ve been to Deerfart,Wyoming and Bucksnort,Tennessee

At camp , if I need a grocery run , the metropolis of Boonville ny is the place to get stocked up for a couple more weeks . Fresh meat is best from Barneveld , and a paper or breakfast dinner is at Forestport.

I suspect this thread is about places with unique names.
I've crossed over Stinking Cheek, Ky. many times but didn't smell anything unusual. Been to Nashville, In. and Russia, Ohio and Bad Axe, Mich.

Not to hijack the thread but here is a map of my travels in the US.

What did you do in Texas?
Just passed thru the upper part on I-40 as we were on our way to Arizona.
We have a widow friend that lives in San Antonio and my wife's cousin in the Dallas Area.
Lord willing, we'll get down that way for a visit in the next year or so. I really would like to see the Alamo and other sights in your fine state.
We have a 21' TT that is begging for a road trip. https://www.couchsrvnation.com/forest-river/travel-trailer/v-cross-vibe/vc-6505
This summer, we're planning on a trip to the Oregon Coast and then down thru northern Cali. to see the Red Woods. It's all about the money. Cost about $200/day on the road with that rig.

As any well-informed Missourian with a miserly attitude knows, you have to keep your money in the bank...the Bank of Tightwad, MO down by the Osage River arm of Truman Lake.
