well i hope everyone had a pleasant holidays and didn't eat too much like i did! now we have Christmas right around the corner coming up and New Years too. just a word of caution, with the holidays fast approaching, not everyone will have their thinking caps on, so be careful and safe out there.

I had a great weekend and ate more then I should have but not enough to hurt myself.
that's alright, i ate way more than i should have, and did hurt myself!
