I make a comment on S&W forum about I would jump on an older post war revolver in good shape for $400 and a member messages me he has three I might jump on.
I end up at his house and checking the three guns out. I buy two and the third he didn't really want to sell and I didn't really want to buy either.
Well I was wanting an older S&W 38 special or 357 and I now have two 38 specials in decent condition. Maybe 85% finish and very good mechanically.
I really have a weak spot for blued revolvers.
