I've been fortunate enough to pick up the first three Ruger made Marlin 1895's and have written reviews on each that can be found on www.1895gunner.com for those interested in reading about them. I've been a JM Marlin fan and collector for 1/2 a century and I can say these three are as nice or nicer than my JM's.

I would call it 3 variations of one firearm. Starting to get a little impatient for release of models 336 and 1894s.

One trick ponies aren't going to keep ruglin going. Not everyone wants to shoot a round that costs $2.50 per pull of the trigger.
