Vote !!

We got the same paper ballots with fill in circles here also. Except when youre done ya shove em in a locked box. Have to assume they get counted....CORRECTLY.....

We have the paper ballots with the fill in circles but when we are done, we shove them into a scanner. I know that it will give an error message it something is amiss, like a double vote or a blank. I assume that it counts and documents all at the same time????

In my area of Pennsylvania, we have machines that tally votes

with a push of a lit button and an audible click...when you have made

all your choices...you press another lit button that says cast vote.

Takes a minute at most...unless you split your choices along party lines.

Well; the media blitz has begun.
I came down with a head cold so I'm going to take a hot shower, watch a little TV and let them scramble all night. Then I'll check the results in the morning. Being glued to the TV won't change anything.

I'll end my comments on the political thread by saying:

I put in my .02 worth...that's all I get.

I am watching the sun come up. I will continue my life as I did yesterday, 4 years ago, and before that. What comes IS LIFE, and I will deal with that.

Prices have gone up no matter who was President. The world continues to evolve - some places worse than others, all depends on your views. My little corner will be what I make of it reguardless. Hope all fair well.

Now back to regular scheduled LIFE....

Not the results that I had hoped and prayer for. Life goes on.

Ditto shooter, sw01 and grey. I'm just feeling kinda of sick about the east and west coast folks making such a terrible miscalculation...a second time. I've backed off and unsubcribed from all the various "conservative" sites. All I want to hear is when BHO is pulseless. Today, tomorrow or 4 long years ahead until he's legally done with being allowed to trample the US Constitution while working to destroy the Bill of Rights.

Just staying prepared for whatever comes, not a focus on political corruption for a long while, though I'll keep harping at our outstanding Rep., Vicky Hartzler and the one (R) Senator that Missouri has...even if I don't trust him.

Stay vigilant...watch your six and press on with the finer things, like DEER Hunting, Family, the Holidays with Family, Christ and GOD while throwing in some fishing time in somewhere along the way
