I have to admit the blue looks better than I thought it was going to look. She likes blue then she should be thrilled with how gramps made it look. Is she going to like the single shot versus a semi auto?

My youngest brother way back when in his teens got into competition .22 single shot bolt only rifle and he really enjoyed it. He went to Camp Perry in Ohio for the yearly championship shooting and he ended up getting 2nd degree burns on his arms. He evidently was having such a good time he didn't notice that he was getting severely sunburned.
Maybe your granddaughter would enjoy getting into young ladies rifle competition.
