    Tonight's Menu:

    3 two foot long racks of Pork Spare Ribs marinated in KC Masterpiece Honey Glaze BBQ Sauce on the grill... since it's such a nice sunny Spring Day.

    Sides will include Bush's BBQ Baked Beans and Fresh Cole Slaw from the Deli.

    And of course...Yuengling Lager to compliment.

    Polish Sausage and Sour Kraut. Fried about 5 big pieces of peppered Bacon till almost crisp. Drained and kept some of the grease. Onion diced and sauted in the Bacon Grease. Browned the sausage and added the Kraut. Will have some rye bread/butter and ice tea.

    Now just have to keep my grand son out of it till its simmered for about an hour ..... :rolleyes:

    Butterfly shrimp, baked to a golden brown, some cole slaw, baked sweet tater, cottage cheese with peaches. Ice tea to warsh it down with.

    Tonight's Menu:

    Grilled Chicken Breasts sliced into strips then drizzled with honey before adding it to a Salad consisting of Ice Berg Lettuce, Fresh Tomato, Crisp Cucumbers, Green, Red, Yellow, and Orange Bell Peppers strips, Sour Dough Croutons and Fresh Grated off the Wedge Parmesan Cheese...choice of Italian or Homemade Oil and Red Vinegar Dressings.

    Complimented with a nice Bolla Valpolicella red wine.

    BBQ'ed teriyaki chicken breasts, served with slow roasted baby fingerling potatoes, which were delicately coated with sea salt and onion salt, and drizzled with a fine virgin olive oil, a slow simmered sweet corn with diced pimentos and green bell peppers, and served with a side 5 leaf green salad, topped with Olive Garden croutons, and served with a drizzle of Ken's Thousand Island dressing.

    Pork Chops (with the bone in) nice and crisp on the grill. Mashed taters with green beans.

    Cheese/Bacon Burger on a Sesame Seed bun, lightly toasted. Have some ground sirloin mixed with some Worcestershire sauce, a little soy, garlic powder. Cooked on the grill they come off juicy. Fry up some bacon lay on the burger and top it with cheese, then melt the cheese to hold it on. Topped with lettuce, tomato and a big ole slab of onion with Mayo. Might have two ......

    -Pork Egg Rolls
    -Steamed Dumplings
    -Pork Fried Rice
    -Some Damn General's Spicy Hot Chicken...
    -Herbal Tea
    -Chinese Beer...( not bad )

    Grilled Breast of Chicken topped with fresh Parmesan Cheese and Italian Gravy with a side of both fresh ( not frozen ) Cheese & Spinach stuffed Gnocchi and a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with Italian dressing...

    Complimented with a carafe' of Bolla Valpolicella Red Wine...

    Tonight's Menu:

    Two New York Strip Steaks on the grill with natural mesquite chips flavoring the flame as they sear...four nice ears of Sweet Corn that will also be charred on the grill...and a Salad of Ice Berg Lettuce, Green and Red Bell Peppers, and some Cherry Tomatoes in an Italian Oil & Vinegar Dressing.

    ...and a couple of Yuengling Lagers to wash it down...

    Tonight its Baby Back Ribs. Par boiled for about an hour and then into the oven on a raised rack to finish cooking. Will coat with my own BBQ sauce and have some to spread on them when eating. Roasted tater wedges with Olive Oil and Garlic and some parsley. A salad with cucumber slices, carrots and celery, ranch dressing.

    Classic Tex-Mex Steak and Chicken Fajitas... made with mesquite chip fired grilled strips of steak & chicken brushed with lime juice...mixed with fried Vidalia onions and Green and Orange Bell Pepper strips, and served sizzling hot on fresh soft tortillas with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa on the side. As a side dish...Black Beans and Sweet Corn medley.

    Complimented by a few Dos Equis Lagers...

    Already know what the Menu is for tomorrow, my wife has been planning it for over a week

    Baked Ham
    Potato salad
    Cole Slaw
    Fruit Salad
    Fresh baked rolls
    Green Onions (fresh out of the garden)
    Radishes (fresh out of the garden)

    A three layer Pineapple Cake, with pecans, cherries and frosted with a whip cream and cream cheese topping. Looks like 18 for Easter Dinner.
