    Homemade Three Meat Chili ( Ground Beef, Pork, Venison )...with sides of Salsa, Guacamole, Sour Crème...Three Cheese Tex Mex Blend...and Blue Corn Chips.

    Frozen Magaritas made with Patron Silver Tequila...

    PIZZA .. My daughter was in town getting some for her family and called and asked if the wife and I wanted some. I got a pepperoni, and added mushrooms, black olives, red pepper flakes and more cheese on top and reheated it in the oven.

    Veal Scaloppini sauté in a Caper and Fresh Lemon / Dry White Pinot Grigio reduction sauce with Fresh Clove of Garlic, Petite Mushrooms, Sliced Black Olives, Diced Red Bell Peppers, Chopped Asparagus, Basil, and Parsley.

    Served with warmed French Bread and the rest of the Pinot Grigio White Wine...

    A Grilled Porterhouse Steak with Mushroom Caps also grilled in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Garlic...two Ears of Silver Queen Sweet Corn...and a loaded Russet Potato with chives, sour crème, bacon bits, and melted cheese.

    And a few Yuengling Lagers for the chef... ;)

    Whole Wheat Linguine with Home made Marinara Sauce and Home Made Meat Balls. Salad with Cucs, tomato, green peppers (frozen from last year). ranch dressing. Ice Tea.

    Got company coming today. My oldest grand son, Carson, graduates HS friday night. His dad (from Colorado) and his other grand mother from Pa, so big meal.

    Baked Ham
    Potato salad
    Green Beans
    Home made bread
    Deviled Eggs

    Strawberry Fluff for desert (at Carson's request)

    Baked Boneless Chicken Breasts...served over Wild Rice with Snow Pea Pods and sliced down Baby Carrots with a splash of Fresh Squeezed Lemon while it bakes...and a salad of Ice Berg Lettuce and sliced up Beef Steak Jersey Tomatoes, and Corn Bread Croutons drizzled with Oil & Red Wine Vinegar.

    Complimented by a chilled Sauvignon Blanc wine...

    Didnt get the Ham dinner yesterday. My grand sons grandmother from Philly plane was 2 hours late. Then her luggage wasnt on it. Came in 1.5 hours latter. So instead of going home and waiting for them to deliver it we went and ate at Cracker Barrel, then back to the airport and picked up the luggage. So will have it today. M grandsons HS graduation is tonight at 2000. His father got here at 0630 this morning. BIG COOKOUT Sunday for him and Mothers day also. Menu to follow tomorrow (will probably have left over ham tomorrow.
