Here is a quote from last year.

{"I hope y'all find the things you need.
No short list here. Can't think of a thing that I need or want. At least anything that money can buy.
Keep the suggestions coming. Maybe I'll see something to start the short list with.")

Not much has changed. I'm pretty satisfied with my inventory as it stands.
I would like to find some Hornady V-Max 22 mags. That's a pretty scarce commodity these days. Also need to stock up on some Stick-On Target Dots. Thinking about buying a shooting stick. Why? Don't know, just would like to have one.
Again, I hope y'all find the things that you want or need.

If I can make it through 2016 without buying any more guns then I will have done okay. I am content with what I have so I hope to leave it at that.
I guess my short list would be able to go deer and hog hunting with my Marlin 336 30-30.
Like greyhawk50 said I hope you all get what you desire to have.

Went to the Gun Show today with a close friend of mine. A very prosperous trip.
Found some CCI 22 mags so I stocked up with a few boxes. The price was about normal.
Spent $25 for a like new shoulder holster for my T/C Contender. That was a steal.
Paid $20 for a BSA Shotgun Scope for my Crossbow. Another good buy.

I enjoy buying, selling & trading so I'll keep my eyes open throughout the coming year. Always fun to buy something new and even more fun to pass it on to fill another person's wish list (especially if I can make a small profit).

    Happy Hunting Y'all.

edit: Not quite as good of a deal as I first thought, but still a good deal. After further inspection, the holster is new or same as new.

Never did get my 375 H&H last year so that's still on the list and maybe an M1 Carbine. As I now belong to a club with a 200-yard range, I guess scopes for the bolt actions will also be on the list.

Hey 28Shooter... I know a guy by the name of Lou Sellman who sells his Marlins on Guns International. He has two of them for sale. But alas I don't know how much. Just an FYI..

I accidently bought a box of .357sig thinking it was .357mag. Back during the worst days of the ammo shortage. Everybody knows you cant return ammo. My wife said if I don't have one in that caliber to get one.Soooooooo I would hate to let her down

My short list already got fulfilled. I had been wanting a S&W revolver for quite some time but just didn't know what I wanted. Then I read about the 8 round S&W 627 Pro and dang if I didn't order one. I got it in only two days at my LGS.
I wasn't to thrilled with the trigger action till I oiled it down deep in the action areas and now it has a much improved pretty good lighter trigger action in DA. SA was good from the get go.
Jeeze this gun is accurate. Even in DA I can hold a decent pattern. LOL it shoots right where I end up pointing it. I am sure many here would think my grouping wasn't all that but for me the gun does good.
I am going to say it hopefully one last time " I am done buying guns".

Is that a 5" barrel? Is the 2 piece torsional barrel?

I got my 66-8, 4.25" 2 piece barrel last year and have the same comments on trigger and accuracy. Very happy with mine.

It is the 4" barrel. I had thought about getting the 5 after I ordered the 4 but I am happy with what I got. I think it is a one piece barrel.
