Over in Las Vegas on holidays from Australia at the moment and had a great day today at the Firearms Fair just out from Boulder City.

The kids had a great time shooting some 22 pistols, and my son had a ball on a couple of mounted machine guns.
One of my high lights though was that Wild West Guns had a tent set up there and had one of their co-pilot converted Marlin 45-70's available for use. What a sweet piece of kit. Cycled a few shots through it and it was such a smooth operating lever gun. Definitely doing some work on my 44mag 1894 when I get home, and heading into get some bits for it while I'm still in LV.

Thanks to Wild West Guns.

Here in the states for another week, but heading over to Huntington Beach in LA on Wednesday.

Love coming over, you guys are so polite compared to the average Australian.

And also love the patriotism and the way your current and ex servicemen and women are held in such high regard in this country, both are something that we lack back at home. Although we are getting much better in our recognition of our service people.

Going into the WWG shop tomorrow morning to buy what I need for my 44. Was so cool meeting them at the range.
